Water Treatment Plant
OUR WTP System
Our Water treatment system using Pile Cloth Disk Filter (GDisk).
GDisk is a highly efficient filtration device that can operate effectively even when the SS concentration becomes high or the hydraulic load rate increases, unlike conventional filters. other. During filtration, solids are deposited on the outer surface of the cloth media forming a mat as the clean filtrate flows inside the filter cloth. GDisk is designed to automatically perform backwashing using the tank water level sensor without interrupting the filtration process. As solids accumulate on the surface of the cloth media, the flow through the media is reduced creating head losses and raising the water level inside the tank and triggering the level sensor. GDisk makes it possible to perform continuous filtration even during backwashing.

Application
GDisk Filters can be used in a wide range of application areas where effective removal of suspended solids, phosphorus, color and turbidity is required. The choice of pile cloth media will depend on the application. and characteristics of wastewater or surface water to be filtered.
- Activated sludge filter
- Filter physicochemical sludge bùn
- Filter algae and other pollutants in the water collection station or lake.
- Filter cooling water and recycle water in iron and steel works
- Filter farm water and industrial water
- Pre-filtration for membrane treatment
- Filter surface water for domestic use
