GRENEX GROUP was established in 2015. Although the company can be considered new, it has grown up in terms of business, financial, technology, and human resources. The company has gained the trust from Municipal Waterworks/Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) in West Java Province to fulfill the needs for clean water, and dedicate itself to implementing the cleaning water treatment system according to the demand needs on clean water in society.The improvement has been achieved by the company contributed by 3 main factors; Human Resources, Advancement in Technology, and Company's Commitment towards the business. Firstly, Human resources have an important contribution in the development of the company. Through the process of selective recruitment and excellent training, the company now has a high quality of manpower. Secondly, Sophisticated and Renewable Technology creates the best quality aligned with systemic procedures for running the company operation. WTP BABELAN 1
PT. GRENEX TIRTA INDONESIA- Babelan 1 Water Treatment Plant is the first project of Grenex Group. We partnered with the other local company and formed PT Grenex Tirta Indonesia (GTI) and works on this project valuing around 3.2 million USD for the construction of bulk water treatment plant and main distribution pipeline in Babelan Subdistrict.
Our water treatment plant has a design capacity of 200l/s but still performing well when treating 250-300l/s of water. We uses 3 unit of GDisk Fiber Filter (@90l/s) for our filtration system that suits very well with the typical quality of raw water in Babelan. This WTP supplies water to around 15.000 customers in Babelan.Bulk Water Treatment Plant 200 lps
WTP BABELAN 2
PT. GRENEX PERKASA INDONESIA- Babelan 2 Water Treatment Plant is the third project of Grenex Group. We partnered with the other local company and formed PT Grenex Perkasa Indonesia (GPI) and works on this project valuing around 5.6 million USD for the construction of bulk water treatment plant and main distribution pipeline in Babelan Subdistrict.
Our water treatment plant has a design capacity of 200l/s, and uses fully automated system (SCADA). We uses 3 unit of GDisk Fiber Filter (@90l/s) for our filtration system that suits very well with the typical quality of raw water in Babelan. WTP BABELAN 3
PT. GRENEX GRADIANT BABELAN INDONESIABabelan 3 Water Treatment Plant is the fourth PPP project of Grenex Group. We partnered with Gradiant Water, a US-based Water Company and formed PT Grenex Gradiant Babelan Indonesia (GGBI) and works on this project valuing around 1.5 million USD for the construction of bulk water treatment plant in Babelan Subdistrict.
Our water treatment plant has a design capacity of 150l/s, and we uses 2 unit of GDisk Fiber Filter (@90l/s) for our filtration system that suits very well with the typical quality of raw water in Babelan. This WTP supplies water to around 10.000 customers in Babelan.Bulk Water Treatment Plant 150 lps
WTP SUKATANI
PT. GRENEX TIRTA MANDIRI
Sukatani Water Treatment Plant is the sixth PPP project of Grenex Group. We partnered with Adaro Water, one of the biggest private company in Indonesia, and formed PT Grenex Tirta Mandiri (GTM) and works on this project valuing around 5.8 million USD for the construction of bulk water treatment plant and rehabilitation (RBOT) of existing PDAM WTP in Sukatani Subdistrict.
As in January 2024, the project is going thru the final phase. This project is targeted to be finished in March 2024, and start the commercialization at April 2024. In the first year, Sukatani WTP projected to give service to around 10.000 new household customers.Bulk Water Treatment Plant 200 + 70 lps
NON REVENUE WATER PROJECT
NRW BABELAN
PT. HANIL GRENEX INDONESIAThis performance based partnership in reducing Non-Revenue Water in Babelan is the first in Indonesia. PT GMI partnering with South Korean company, expert in handling leakage and reducing NRW, Hanil Network Engineering formed a joint venture called Hanil Grenex Network (HGN).
HGN managed around 1.000.000m3 of water every month. With HGN’s intervention the NRW percentage are reduced from 40,41% (before intervention) to the average of 18,00% in November 2023. The success of this “pilot project” is currently being studied and replicated in other branches in PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi and all over Indonesian.Non-Revenue Water (NRW) Project
NRW Cikarang Selatan & Cibarusah
PT. JUAN MULIA INDONESIA
Following the success project of performance based contract partnership in Babelan, PDAM TB and Grenex Group are collaborating again and tackle the problem in different areas. PT GMI partnering with another South Korean company, Juan Engineering formed a joint venture called Juan Mulia Indonesia (JMI).
JMI managed around 1.800.000m3 of water every month in Cikarang Selatan and Cibarusah branchs. After 6 months of JMI’s intervention the NRW percentage are reduced from 46,48% (before intervention) to around 43%Non-Revenue Water (NRW) Project
ENGINEERING & PROCUREMENT
WTP TAMBUN UTARA
GRENEX - PT. MITRA TIRTA ASIAOur filtration system already tested and proven to be one of the most reliable and well suited to the characteristic of raw water in Indonesia especially in Bekasi. We can provide our filtration system to be installed in other company’s water and wastewater treatment plant.The first company to use our service is PT Mitra Tirta Asia that procured 3 unit of GDisk Filter with the total capacity of 240 lps for their water treatment plant. The WTP itself already in commercial state since August 2023, and servicing to around 5.000 household in Tambun Utara in the first year.Filtration System 240 lps
ENGINEERING DOCUMENT PROJECTS
As we develop our projects, we also worked on developing the engineering document needed for the project planning and execution phase. We have worked with an International Organization such as Water.Org on several occasion.
